You can contact us to request a non-urgent appointment, a sick note, your test results, or anything else via Accurx:
Urgent appointments
To request an urgent appointment for the same day during opening times:
- phone us on 0203 930 3533
When you call, our team will ask you a few basic questions about what you need help with and they may ask you to complete the Accurx form.
We will use your answers to choose the most suitable healthcare professional to help you. This service is strictly for medical emergencies.
Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment in advance during opening times:
- write to us us via Accurx
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or NHS App to book an appointment
- phone us on 0203 930 3533

Your appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the practice
- by text or email
Appointments by phone or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
To cancel or change your appointment:
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- contact us via Accurx
- phone us on 0203 930 3533 during opening times
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
- if there’s a specific GP or other health professional you would prefer to see or speak to
- if you would prefer to consult with the clinician by phone, face-to-face, or by text or email
- if you need an interpreter
- if you have any other access or communication needs
Home visits
Whenever possible please try to come to the practice where we are able to provide you with safer and more effective care.
If you do require a home visit, please ring the practice as early in the morning as possible. We will arrange for you to speak with the duty doctor to make an assessment and arrange a home visit or advise you of other care options as appropriate.
