We currently do not have access to any medical records or our appointment book. If you have a telephone consultation booked for today please follow this link and submit an accuRx request, and we will contact you today. Please be aware that we can not access our clinical system to view any medical history so consultations may be limited. If you have a face to face appointment booked, please attend as normal, but please be aware there may be delays, and you may not be seen by the clinician you were originally booked with.
Repeat prescription requests will be delayed and cannot be authorised before our clinical system is back up and running. If you have run out of medication, or will run out over the weekend, please contact your nominated pharmacy and request an emergency supply.
17:25 – Unfortunately our systems are still down and it is anticipated that the disruption will continue into the weekend. We are still accepting online appointment requests but please be aware that there are likely to be delays in processing requests.
