I would not leave this surgery to go to any other surgery. The doctors are very nice. When I grow too old to dream, I will still have the doctors here to remember. They are well trained and polite.

Recently I have had a lot of dealings with Minet Green, and I have to say that I’m impressed! The care that Dr.Elisabeth Wilson has shown me has been outstanding and the help that I have received from Heidi Chiu has been great to too. The experience has been great and I can’t praise Minet Green enough. These two women are an asset
to your practice, don’t let go of them! A very satisfied patient.

The new triage system is brilliant resulting in a faster way of seeing the doctor
Once you have messaged you get a call from the reception staff within a couple of hours and then booked in to see a doctor or have a call from a doctor or even the pharmacist.
I have had on the day appointments and call backs on many occasions
Test results come through quickly by text from the doctor and you are able to reply to the doctor too
The reception staff are fantastic and very polite and helpful

I switched recently to Minet Green…and I’m so pleased that I did. Quick to get appointments, the doctor is friendly and helpful, and the receptionist team seem to be efficient and effective.
EDIT: Just to add, a few months later and I’m still extremely grateful to have this GP practice in my local area. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
