Our Patient Participation Group met in person at the practice on Monday 8th June. 12 patients and 3 members of Minet Green Health Practice staff attended. We discussed a wide range of topics including continuity of care, the information the practice sends to newly registered patients, why GPs ask patients to explain their whole story at every visit, and the practice triage system.
