Zero violence
The practice does not tolerate any violence or abuse of its staff, patients or visitors. Any patient who is violent or abusive will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be permanently removed from the patient list.
Zero harassment and discrimination
The practice does not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination of its staff, patients or visitors on the basis of age, race, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, religion or belief or disability. Any patient who exhibits behaviours that are considered harassing or discriminatory will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be permanently removed from the patient list.
