Travel risk assessments
Our current waiting list for travel appointments is 8 weeks.
If your departure date is in less than 8 weeks, we unfortunately will not be able to assist you. Travel advice and immunisations are available at a charge from pharmacies or a private travel clinic. You can contact the practice to request your current immunisation history.
To request an appointment at our travel clinic, please contact us via Accurx and ask us to send you a copy of the “Travel Risk Assessment” form.
